Arrived at 10:39 AM and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I was told they could not fill the order as they just started cooking them and it would be 20 minutes! They should have been done. Store opened at10:00 AM. Decided on the fish sandwich and requested lettuce wrap. Order arrived as a regular bun included sandwich. Took it back and said just wrap the fish fillet in lettuce. They cooked another fillet and threw the other order out. When I got it, it was undercooked and they threw a bunch of fries in the plate when I requested NO fries! This is not the first time. I am going to quit coming here.
I placed an on line order with this restaurant and went to pick it up in the drive thru. The young man answering the speaker said I would have to come inside to pick it up. We were behind 4 vehicles and others waiting behind us. So basically saying we have to wait to get thru the drive thru line to go into the restaurant to pick up my order. When I went inside I asked to speak to the manager. The lady at the counter said she was the manager. I explained to her what the young man told me at the speaker. She confirmed that that procedure was correct. Apparently customer service is not a priority with this establishment. Dumbest thing I’ve heard in a long while.
Eating out with my granddaughter can be challenging due to a food avoidance disorder (AFRID). Rachel and Taylor Weitz went out of their way to help ensure that my granddaughters needs were taken care of. They showed compassion while arranging the modified order with the staff in the back. Thank you
Normally I love Freddy's but this time they made me a mustard soup burger and it fell apart in a mess.
