We arrived there on 3/14/2024 at 6:30 pm, and we were turned away. We were told “We took too many orders earlier, and we’re still backed up”. Yet when I checked the website to see how busy they were it said it wasn’t too busy, and showed a very short bar in the bar-graph. Very frustrating! Not very good for business either.?
I would love to give a 5 star to Matt Pattell and his staff! I ordered the Chicken pasta gluten-free with extra cheese delicious and it was made fresh Thank you
I got the meatball panini. There were TWO meatballs on a tough ciabatta. For $11. Outrageous. I basically paid $5/meatball. Does that make sense? If I was at a street fair or some type of event and these are some real good, size-able meatballs, but no, they’re pretty small. Flavor was good but how hard is it to make a good meatball? Doesn’t add any points.
My girlfriend did an online order. Her money got taken. But didn’t give her any confirmation for her order. So she had to call to be told she is still going to have to pay for the order a 2nd time. And she has to check to see if first payment is gonan go thru because if it does she’s going to have to call back to get a refund. What a nightmare don’t order from this place. When I showed up management never even approached to help with the situation. Left in the dust
