Nice food. Very plentiful. Good service. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was here at a number of occasions for high tea and the bay café is comfortable and beautiful surroundings. I will definitely return and look forward to recommending this place for a nice experience.

The High Tea experience to celebrate my birthday was mistaken! Delicious food, great taste variations and great attention to detail. Waiting for the staff was super efficient and very friendly. Recommend Defo

We were a group of six ladies who wanted to do something special, and that was the special one. The ambience was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the girls all did their best to take care of us. Nothing was too much trouble. I do not recommend you to eat before or plan to eat afterwards, since it is really a generous high tea full of delicious treats.

Service to be clearer. When and how to order drinks…tea/coffee. Got our champagne/Rose early but we were waiting for the waitress to come back and get our tea/coffee order. Most of us had almost finished the high tea platters and still no waitress-we had to wave for attention and ask for our tea/coffee. Lactose free specialty order needs improvement please. Very ordinary offerings. Lactose free does not mean gluten free. So disappointed with my high tea. The traditional looked fantastic, I felt really duped with the Lactose free. There is such a thing as lactose free milk these days. So it’s really just cream that needs to be excluded. Hard cheeses are acceptable and goats/sheep cheese too.
