Feedback gevenWhile the staff at the food line were wearing gloves, I noticed one of them was using their phone while still gloved. I have no idea where their phone had been, but I can assure you that there’s no way it was kept in a sanitary environment. It was just unacceptable. When I was leaving, the manager at the service desk was on her phone and appeared to be upset about something; she was seemingly preoccupied with the parking lot. Someone really needs to give a lesson in food safety. It’s one thing for my order to be incorrect, but it’s another entirely to see someone texting and then handling food like tortillas.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The woman who took my order was quite rude and barely let me finish before telling me the total. I wanted to change my order and add some drinks, but she abruptly informed me that they were out of the larger ones and that I would have to go to the lobby to get the drinks I wanted. It was just frustrating; the service was unacceptable, although I must say the food was good.
The tacos are decent, but I’d prefer more fillings and less taco shell. The meat could use a bit more flavor as well. As for the burritos, they could benefit from beans that have a better texture—right now, they look like something you could drink through a straw!
My husband ordered 3 Big Freakin Tacos and instead got 3 Big Freakin Burritos. People need to listen more closely to customer order.
11/01/2022 Tuesday 2115 cst. Went thru drive thru and there were no lights on drive thru menu. No outside lights on. Dining room looked closed but I didn't check .
