Wendy's - Sand Springs

Store has been remodeled and food is fresh, always.

Post 2023 remodel, the facility is clean and open. The employees are friendly and helpful. The cups are flimsy, and the burgers have shrunk. Always check your order! About 60% of the time, I get what I pay for.

Food was good . Could have been little warmer. Atmosphere was good wait staff was great??

Wow. So first off today I stop by Wendy's for lunch I typically refuse to go to fast food and I've had bad experiences with them in the past. But I was in the mood for a decent burger and nothing that was gonna break my bank account. So I stop in this store today and service was great, clean environment, smell of food was invigorating, and the food was excellent 5 out of 5 stars. burger hot and juicy, fries cooked to perfection and the chilli was just simply perfect. Even the tea was great. The staff even said by as I was leaving so I had to leave a review for them that store was great I'll be going back shortly.Parking: Easy parking and safe parking in my opinion parking lot was clean of debris and of littering.Kid-friendliness: Great service for kids with kid meals they seemed pretty happy there as there was a few people there.

My goodness, for reference I also picked up an order of tater tots from Sonic so salt does not bother me. But I got a Dave's double tonight and I always get burgers from Wendy's because I love them but I get no bun and I don't know if the person that was making the food was mad that they had to not put a bun on it and put it in a container or if they literally just spilled the salt on it and didn't care to give me not completely contaminated patties but the salt is like literally burning my tongue and again I got tater tots from Sonic so salt doesn't normally bother me but I cannot even stomach this burger tonight I don't know what happened or what the deal is but I'm just sad.
