All the staff are consistently friendly and efficient, and the café is always kept clean. The coffee is delicious, and the cakes are amazing!

The ambiance is soothing, allowing you to sit back in a cozy leather chair while watching the world go by. It's a delightful experience under the sky.

He provided exactly what I asked for, even though I was a bit confusing due to my fatigue. His professionalism and friendliness really stood out. I also noticed that he was maintaining a clean and tidy 'kitchen' area behind the serving hatch. The mocha I ordered was the best I've ever had—full of froth and served at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stopped by Costa Coffee at the Sandbach Services on our way south. A young woman, who was working her first shift, was very polite and welcoming. We not only enjoyed great coffee but also received a cheerful greeting. We will definitely stop by again if we are passing that way.
