Disappointed the way my order was prepared. The ice cream and mix-ins were not nestled inside, nor chopped and folded into the ice cream mixture. The lady just scooped everything and placed it in a cup. Either she’s in a rush or not trained well.

I took a picture of what I wanted from Coldstone website sent it to my husband.It was a chocolate dipped waffle bowl.He then showed the worker what I wanted.They told him they do not do that there gave him plain waffle cone!Absolutley ridiculous!Why have it on your website if your store does not make it?!We will not be back!Also my husband ordered the honey pecan brownie icecream was given a plain vanilla looking icecream!No pecans no trace of brownie or honey!Refer to photos.

There was a weird smell in the store. They didn’t have regular size of cones, that was interesting. But birthday cake remix was phenomenal. It was quite expensive tough, $20 for 2 small

I love this so much I must stop. I love the smell inside. The employees are very hardworking and polite. I want other branches to be like this too.
