Got French toast sticks and they were cold and extra crunchy. Didn’t have time to turn around, so I trashed them!

The cashier Richard was so rude literally got mad because I asked for ketchup he stated they didn’t have any I asked the other employee for another sauce and proceeded to slam the window and fuss at the other employee for giving me and alternative. Richard has **** poor customer

I come up to this location quite often. Something is always wrong or “ too busy. i ordered chicken tenders and they were handed to me cooked twice. the tenders taste like old chicken thats been sitting cooked again.
