Hardee's - Sandbridge

My go to sandwiches: Frisco Breakfast Sandwich and the Chicken Club for all other times. The pies are great is you want something sweet.

The people are so lazy. Is good customer service not a thing anymore? I went through the drive thru and they told me the drive thru was down, even though they helped two cars in front of me. When you do manage to get food the waiting time is ridiculous. How is this place still in business!

I visited first thing in the morning on a Sunday and the food tasted so fresh! I’ve have had mixed experiences with the friendliness of drive-thru employees, but, overall, the employees are pleasant and welcoming and I appreciate their service.

Waited 30 minutes for two biscuits in the drive thru after they asked me to pull up pay the window. Eventually had to walk in because it was clear they forgot about me after 10 cars came and left behind me. Then of course they messed my order up which I had to correct and show them my receipt on the spot. Won’t be back and I’ll be surprised if they stay open much longer if this is the quality of service that their management enforces

All I can say is whoever runs this Hardee’s must be the laziest person in the world, they never open on time and your order will be wrong 75% of the time because they think that there too good to make the food right for some weird reason, if you can’t make it in fast food then maybe they just need to be street sweepers??‍
