Sarku Japan - Sandbridge

Food is good. Depending on how busy they are and what mood they're in, sometimes you get enough meat and other times you don't. Their new boxes are smaller now so the to go portions are not what they use to be. Most of the staff isn't friendly here but I can imagine their work is straining from standing in heat cooking all day. Still giving them my business every time I'm at the mall because the quality and flavor of their food is always good. Be kind to their staff, their job is hard and tiring.

The lady who took my order was rushing us to pay. I’ve been ordering here for years because the food is delicious but their customer service is horrible. I always order the same thing. Chicken teriyaki fried rice with no vegetables. I paid but once the food came out there were vegetables. I would’ve been fine if they just took it off but they just laugh in my face and told me i was wrong. The lady who tookmy order yelled and told me i didn’t order it and act like i was the problem.

Nice, quick, easy, and yummy. I don't know what these other reviews are about. The customer service was great. I always like extra sauce on my food, and they were super nice about everything.

I have ordered take out twice. The food is awesome and the delivery is also. I have found my japanese food. Thank you again for the great food .

Never again gonna order here cashier is so rude and giving us attitude ? for a guy cashier like really and my food got extra ingredients I guess with a bug ? in it like after my 2 bites I found this ? ? ?
