Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The person who brought out my food had dirty nails, my shake cup was not wiped off, and I didn't receive any napkins. My shake had a cherry in it despite my request for no cherry, and both orders of tots were old. The bacon double cheeseburger I ordered was actually just an old double cheeseburger with no bacon. When I asked for a replacement, I received another old double cheeseburger. The manager did not handle the situation well, offering me a side of bacon to add to the sandwich myself. When I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't get one because I placed the order on the app, despite my repeated attempts to explain that I ordered online. The service at this Sonic location has been consistently poor, with cold and incorrect food. I hope the situation improves under new management. Ember was the only positive aspect of my visit.
The customer service was terrible! Taylor at the drive-thru speaker was very rude when we inquired about receiving solar eclipse glasses with our order of the black out slushie. Despite this, we did receive our two slushies which were not bad, as well as two pairs of eclipse eye protection.
