Ordered in advance for the game. Got a call informing me the food was ready 30 minutes early when I wasn’t able to pick it up. So the fries sat in a bag getting soggy and the wings were room temp by the time I got them home. They got the order wrong as well shorting us two wings plus forgetting the celery and carrot sticks. Wings themselves were just ok. First time ordering from wingstop. Don’t plan on trying them again.
Ordered online and Wings were good but they didn't give me the brownie I ordered and apparently their version of the cheese fries is stale old fries with literally drops of cheese along the wrapping as you can see in the picture. Beyond disappointed in the service considering they were completely empty so there should be no reason I have a missing item and old fries that aren't even the cheese fries I paid extra for.
Their app would not work for me. Spent more time trying to utilize its limited options. When I got their location, I waited over 30 mins for my food... Although it was hot and fresh, the quality was well not worth the wait! The gents working there were great! That is what saved their rating.
When I pulled up they were cleaning, which is always good, but having every chair on the tables gives the impression that they are closing soon, already closed, or they don't want people to dine in. They don't tell you about the specials other customers tell you. I asked for a drink, and I was never told they did not sell that drink but they rang me up for a drink, knowing they didn't sell what I asked for. I believe one of the staff was being trained, but until they know how to do everything, they should not be taking orders alone.Parking: Lots of free parking
