Luigi's Pizza - Sandwell

We ordered 2 pizzas and some sides on just eat and the food came so quickly!! The pizzas are so tasty and have good vegetarian options! The deep pan pizza is amazing, just as good as Pizza Hut! Great value for money as it’s buy one get one free pizza on just eat and the tomato sauce on the pizza is to die for! Really good quality, you won’t be disappointed with luigis pizza

We were snowed in and needed a quick meal. The regular pizza place was closed so we ordered from here. THe delivery was prompt and earlier than promised. The pizza was also fresh and tasted good. There was a bit too much oil though which was a bit off putting.

Me and my family have been loyal customers for 15 years but will not visit this place again. I placed an order for food whilst on my way back from work during the early hours of the morning during the festive period waited for my food to arrive at 04:45. It never arrived so the next day I visited the shop to asked what had happened to my order hoping it could be resolved quickly without any problems. I was wrong I was met with a torrent of abuse from the son of the owner who said that they had tried to deliver the food but I was too drunk to come to door and that I had wasted his food. He went on to say that he had 5 other customers who did not answer the door because they were too drunk. He then pointed to the pizza and said that I should try and take it. I couldn’t believe how rude he was considering I had been a loyal customer for 15 years and this was the first time I’ve had any issues there. I tried to tell him that it would have been impossible for me to have been drunk because I had just got in from work but he was rude obnoxious and refused to listen to me. I then asked for a refund which he refused to give to me and said that I would have to try and get it back from JustEats. I did and they gave me a full refund and an apology.

We've had pizza a few times and the quality is bang on. Service is prompt. Price very reasonable. No complaints

Ive ordered twice from here via just eat, both times as the resteraunt has just opened. time was added to my delivery time but both times they have been much quicker! Gret takeaway food, I have had the donner wrap meal, which comes with chips and a can of drink, onion rings, and their cheesy garlic pizza bread. All food is delicious. Cheesy garlic pizza is a little greasy but thats cause of all the amazing gooey cheese. The donner kebab meat is a little spicy but delicious, and although the wrap seems small at first its very filling. Chips and onion rings were both fresh and tasty, not soggy but crisp and delicious. The chap who delivered was also very polite and friendly. Cannot fault them at all. Decent prices too. Would definitely order from there again.
