Mcdonald's - Sandwell

I will be posting photos with a sincere question. Are the mozzarella sticks supposed to appear like this? Additionally, the outer cheese gives the impression that they have been sitting out for a long time.

As I was in West Bromwich, I thought that I would treat myself to a Apple Pie Mc Flurry. Waited a short while for my order. Boarded a bus towards Great Bridge only to discover that my Apple Pie was STALE without a food label. Had to wait until I returned to West Bromwich to return to the branch to raise my complaint. The shift manager issued me with a replacement but this time I waited a whole 10 minutes! Disgusting. At least it was hot, crisp and the food label intact

The bunch of untrained chimps they have working at all saint way should be used for medical research to see how people with No Brains function. My order was pretty simple like the staff) pancakes with sausage syrup... No Syrup or Butter No cutlery to eat it with... Avoid at all cost unless you like cold food and not what you ordered. I would have score 0 but, had no option for this.

I stopped by for a white coffee and paid for it at the machine. I then waited in a long line to collect orders. Many orders seemed to be incorrect, causing them to be sent back. Some items were missing or unavailable. One man's drink wasn't available, but they still charged him extra for his second choice. Another woman complained that her order came in two parts, causing the first part to go cold. I thought to myself that my order was just a coffee, so they couldn't mess that up. However, after waiting for what felt like forever, I realized that orders placed after mine were being served. I inquired about my coffee and why it was taking so long, only to be told that they were sorry but they were out of coffee. I was offered something else instead. I was extremely disappointed and felt that the service was unprofessional. I ended up getting a refund and will never return. The place was a joke, a very bad one at that.
