Mcdonald's Restaurants - Sandwell

Absolutely dreadful. The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Freezing cold inside, colder than it is outside and that’s saying something given it’s minus degrees atm. Toilets out of order, no Diet Coke. Food went cold immediately due to fridge temperatures inside. Ketchup tasted like BBQ. Guessing they mixed up the dispensers. Only saving grace was the workers friendly smiles. Also one chicken select came as a chicken pancake. I feel for the people of West Brom.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They never seem to get my order right, there is always something missing from the bag, and the wait is always long. I would advise staying away from this location, as it is not worth the hassle.

As always, the experience was disappointing. We utilized the drive-through to pick up breakfast for the family. We were handed our coffees and instructed to wait in the parking lot. We waited for 9 minutes, during which our coffee grew cold. Upon arriving home, we discovered that our order of pancakes and syrup x2 was missing the syrup, as well as the utensils of knives and forks. Additionally, the coffees were cold.

We have just ordered McDonald's at Great Bridge for kids' birthday party, and more than half of the menu is missing. There were no burgers , chicken nuggets, and some fries, and chips were all missing. When contacted McDonald's, they said that there is nothing they can do to contact just eat. Just eat in turn only suggested online complaints that they can only review within 48 hours. We did not want to cook and wanted to make the kids happy. Unfortunately, this horrible service spoilt it all for us. We'll that will serve as a valuable lesson to never order with just eat or online McDonald's ever again.

My experience at this particular Mcdonald's was extremely disappointing. I had heard that they offered a token NHS discount, so I made a special trip to this store. However, when I arrived, there was no discount available. The manager explained that the Mcdonald's franchise did not consider the NHS to be a vital emergency service. Additionally, the food was served slowly and some items were missing, resulting in a poor quality meal that was both cold and unappetizing.
