Carl's Jr. - Sandy

This location of Carl's Jr. did what I thought was impossible before. They gave me a high-quality burger in a fast food restaurant! Something I haven't seen from McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's for a long time. I had the famous whole Starburger, only 1.99. Looks like it's made for quality, not for a Burger assembly line. . Well done Carl's Jr. in Sandy. Low price, efficiency and quality!

I come to this place a few times a month and it's pretty decent overall. But my last visit was very strange and unpleasant. The two employees behind the counter blow up to the point where I could hear them from where I sat. A big no. And very unprofessional. It was during lunchtime and they were busy when I was sitting there. The guests were lined at the bar and a female employee who was visibly frustrated on the sudden rush didn't even recognize the people who waited when she was on the ride. Then she was frustrated so that she literally went and continued to lock both doors so that nobody else could get to the restaurant. That broke my mind. Obviously, they were short. But in my opinion, they would have done something more professional.

Not overly impressed with this so called fast food joint.
