Feedback gevenWhen we checked our order, every single sandwich was wrong—none had cheese, and one had an unwanted add-on. The shake was incorrect, my sauces were wrong, and we didn't receive the apples or poppers we ordered. I went back in to resolve the issue. The manager apologized, promised to fix everything, and told me to keep the incorrect items. Then, another employee—who had just come through the drive-thru—approached and asked what I needed. I explained the situation, but before I could finish, she took all the incorrect items and threw them away, despite the manager's explicit instructions for me to keep them. What on earth was that about? If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would.
This place doesn’t even deserve half a star. The soda machine was empty, the meat tasted stale, and it was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had.
The staff here don't handle their mistakes very well. They only sent one cake instead of the two that were ordered. It was a simple error, and asking for it to be corrected shouldn’t be a big deal. Instead, she acted as if I was in the wrong and seemed very upset, even suggesting that I leave. It felt like she really dislikes her job.
During my lunch break I threw up in the drive and ordered a burger with pommes. I had to turn around and go back because I realized that they forgot the riders. when I opened the envelope for the burger, it wasn't even the right one.
It wasn't a small order and everything was correct. They did an awesome job and the fries were still hot when we got home.
