First Watch - Sanford

Hidden gem! This large, modern restaurant is filled with locals and offers an excellent menu with high-quality dishes. I tried a refreshing "meditation drink," which is a mix of orange, lime, and turmeric—definitely a healthy choice! I also ordered the short rib poutine and the agriturismo skillet hash, both of which were exceptional. I wanted to try the caramel pecan cinnamon roll, but we were too full to indulge right away, so I ordered it to-go. It did not disappoint! I was so impressed by the menu that I bought the First Watch cookbook. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in or visiting Sanford, FL!

First Watch offers a high-quality dining experience that exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the focus on health, making it an excellent choice for health-conscious individuals. They have a wide variety of delicious food options, including several healthy selections. The menu also features seasonal dishes. I noticed the entire team working diligently to disinfect every table and menu promptly after each guest, which was impressive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the creamy eggs were the best I’ve had anywhere. The staff was friendly and always smiling. They even have outdoor seating available for those who prefer it. Overall, it's a great place to eat, and I would definitely consider returning.

They have variety so that’s perfect for the family. Pancakes are incredible big and delicious. Not fan of the scramble egg. Bacon was crispy and I love the bread and strawberries jam!

İ had Frittata Rustica with potatos , portion was good enough and food was warm with good presentation, i tried watermelon wake up drink which gives you a refreshing feeling, totally satisfied, personal was kind and helpful. will definitely come back!

This place is slowly becoming one of my favorites. They offer a unique menu with a Hispanic flair and excellent service. My second visit was on a Sunday and I waited about 38 minutes when I was told 45. The carne asada tacos are to die for and there are many more intriguing selections I look forward to trying.
