Feedback gevenI think they should consider opening the dining area. The other day, I went to place an order and was informed that it was closed. It didn't seem to be due to a staff shortage, as there were at least seven employees working, and probably even more in the kitchen. Meanwhile, the drive-thru line was blocking the highway because they were struggling to manage it. One cashier was ready to take my order, but the manager intervened, saying they couldn't serve me since they had to attend to others. It seems unusual that the Sanford KFC/Taco Bell isn't open to the public when other businesses are. On a positive note, the food is excellent! No complaints there. This is just my perspective, and I'm not sure what’s happening behind the scenes.
We ordered taco supremes from the drive-thru, but after driving away, we realized they didn't include any tomatoes or sour cream.
I was really disappointed with my experience last night. I waited about 30 minutes in the drive-thru, only for the staff to get my order wrong. I ordered two chicken chalupas but ended up with beef chalupas that were extremely greasy. I also ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal, but the tenders tasted stale. I couldn't return the food because I had a sleeping child in the back seat, so I ended up losing $20. The last time I ordered, I specifically asked for a chicken quesadilla without jalapeno sauce, but received one loaded with jalapenos instead. I’m done visiting this location.
Terrible experience... went tonight at 8:30 PM did not even have enough chicken strips to fill two 5 piece orders. Lobby was closed so drive through was out to the road. Waited 25 minutes to have half the order cancelled and the other half cold. Don'trecommend, will not be going back.
Employees don 't understand simple directions; I asked for two chicken littles plain and I received it smothered in mayo with two limp pickles. Thankfully my child isn 't allergic to eggs, vinegar, or cucumber. When I called to ask the manager what "plain "means to her, I got attitude and asked why I was talking to her that way. Normally, I wouldn 't give this a second thoughtbecause I 've worked in the Quick Service Restaurant business and I know it gets rough, but this is a continuous issue. At leastevery time I come here there 's an issue with my order. If there was another location closer, I would go there.
