Moe’s Italian Sandwiches Of Sanford, Me

The sandwich from Moe's is good, but the customer service was lacking. The previous owners were welcoming and warm. It's frustrating for a consumer to feel rushed or annoyed when making a purchase. Upon entering, the staff immediately asked for my order without a greeting. While I knew what I wanted, sometimes a person needs time to decide. Losing a customer who feels disrespected can be detrimental to business. It's important to welcome, engage, and connect with customers to maintain their loyalty. Otherwise, it's just a sandwich shop.

This restaurant is a must-visit in Maine. Their subs are always fresh, flavorful, and never disappoint.

Good food. their hours are strange. they close early in the week and are only open until 3 on Saturday. they could do more through a later opening at the weekend

Moe's always serves great subs that are freshly made to order.

Decent sandwiches and very friendly employees. Nice place to grab lunch.
