Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I ordered a large chocolate custard for over $5, but the serving size was extremely small and it had no flavor. I felt it was a total rip-off and I won’t be returning.

This restaurant has only been open for about two weeks in its current location, complete with a new sign and everything. However, I was surprised to discover that one item had already been discontinued. Is that true, or could it have been a misunderstanding regarding the ingredients? It appears that the staff might benefit from additional training, as I witnessed the woman next to us being charged the wrong amount for her order. On a positive note, the food was generally good. Just be aware that they are still getting used to their new setup.

During our recent visit, the staff member with a beard was on his cell phone and looked at us as if we were a bother. There was no greeting or offer to help us with our order; he simply continued his conversation while occasionally glancing our way. This experience was enough for us to decide to take our business elsewhere. We won’t be coming back.

The food was actually quite disappointing. Jeremiah's is much better. Furthermore, the server was rather rude. I wouldn't recommend this place at all—definitely go to Jeremiah's instead!

Delicious! The staff member working late at night was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had the chocolate custard paired with the Coconut Cherry Italian, and it was absolutely wonderful!
