Springvale Publick House - Sanford

Always a great stop. pub style menu. owners cook and serve along the side hired staff with everyone who greets them with a friendly greeting. eating is served to their satisfaction or they will make it right for them. springvale public house has a beautiful selection of dips to satisfy all. they store fresh ingredients from local farms. large selection of brews on tap (up to 28) with revolving tapes, good selection of filled beer, wein and drinks with freshly pressed lemons, lines, etc. can be busy on Thursday to Saturday as well as other days especially in summer. make it an early dinner venture to relax over a drink or two. I have several favorites, I especially enjoy the special salads with fresh local greens with either salmon, huh or marinated tender steak tips all cooked to perfection or again they will make it right. try springvale public house, they will not regret the food and grog. deansanford maine

Has been here several times. eating is always very good! hostess is always rude-never she looks, never smiles, and certainly not acknowledge them waiting to give their names. we went 2 days ago and amanda was our server she was the best! she even asked if we wanted a glass with our filled beer! (do not wait until the bottle is delivered, and you need to ask for a glass and wait.

My party dined at the restaurant on Saturday 1/22 or Sunday 1/23 for dinner. Unfortunately, it took over an hour for our food to be served, and to our disappointment, 3 out of 4 of us received cold meals. We could tell that the dishes would have been delicious if they were served hot. The waitress was outstanding, but I am unsure if I will give this restaurant another try. I will have to wait and see.

Ordered a steak medium rare today, 57 dollars total for all our foods, not very large, to pay almost 60 dollars and get a literally uncooked steak. the place is in order, but this is simply unacceptable.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had a burger and fries, with plenty of options to customize my burger exactly how I wanted it. There was also a good selection of tasty drinks to choose from.
