Texas Roadhouse - Sanford

My husband and I came here for the first time and let me just tell you we were there for a serious contract! We waited about 5-10 minutes to sit and immediately was greeted with warm and friendly smiles and were led to our stand. Our server was on the point to make sure that we have our hot and buttery bread rolls that theirs known with this signature cinnamon butter. I then got the beef tips with potatoes, with onions, mushrooms, cheese and sour cream for dinner. If you're looking for something that tastes like love on a plate, then this dish is definitely for you! My husband ordered the 12oz NY strips boiled to a perfect medium rarely with potatoes and corn. I had briefly mentioned that the girl was sitting at us that it was our first time in this restaurant and the manager came to the end of our meal to see how everything was and gave us a voucher for a free appetizer on our next visit! What a smart business idea. All this to say the staff is absolutely amazing and the food was even better! I'm definitely back.

Waiting for a party of 11 was typical of large groups. The service staff was very friendly, but the cleanliness of the cutlery and the floors could hardly be desired. It took 4 attempts for them to find decent cutlery that were clean enough to use for 5 of us. On the last attempt I had to sift through 10 sentences that they had the boldness to wrap into a cloth napkin, the 7 were unusable...where is the surprise visit from @boardofhealth when you need it?

I like this Sanford location. The servers are always friendly, the food and the drinks taste better than others. Ask for the Key Lime Margarita, it's delicious!

Two words. Food poisoning. On the toilet, since I got back. We all have pain in our stomach. The bathroom was dirty. Eat that we told the server it was terrible. She didn't offer anything from the check. She just told us that she's sorry and not much else she could do. Had several servers, kids food was disgusting. The bathrooms were softened in the urine. I mean, it was so bad you didn't want to touch anything without gloves. Butter or the rolls were a problem. Didn't have that addictive taste they usually have when I go to Orange City. Nobody greeted us at the table, almost left. Almost an hour waiting for food, no updates. Eating looked bad, but hey you? They starve so you shoot it. If I go to the hospital, I will save the bill and reach someone higher! Avoid this location and try orange city! Don't blame the family. I usually avoid chains all together and support mother and pop restaurants that want to keep business and not lose.

Texas Roadhouse and me attempting a 24 oz bone in tomahawk cut steak!!! Added a skewer of shrimp for the win!! Also had a side salad to take away some of the guilt. I had my steak Pittsburgh seared and cooked medium rare, it came out perfect. Service was great however a slow delivery of our order due to a peak time dinner rush as expected, no worries, our server brought bread to the table which thwarted our hunger. I highly recommend call ahead seating. Overall a perfect 5 star night out at TRH..
