Feedback gevenOrdered online for the first time. Went to pick up my From the Greenery sandwich and it had things on it that were not listed on 1) the online ordering platform or 2) the printed menu hanging in the shop. I asked them to remake it, which they did, but with an attitude, saying the kind of sandwich I ordered always has Black Olives on it . How in the world would I have known to request it without Black Olives, if NO WHERE indicates that that is automatically included? I got my replacement sandwich, and it was still wrong. I won 't be back to this location.
Employees are always too angry and downtrodden to make food properly
I usually have no problems with Monty’s and love their sandwiches, but this time I did a call ahead and went and picked it up and opened the sandwich once I got back to work the tuna is everywhere and so messy I can’t even eat the sandwich! Not happy never had a problem before usually very good!

Spent $25 for two 6 inch subs, that not only took 45 minutes to make but we're made incorrectly and then they wouldn't answer the phone. Horrible experience 2/10, having semi decent food isn't an excuse for poor service.
