Nancy's Pizza - Sangamon

Everyone was so nice from the phone call to place my order to picking it up, even carried it out to my car for me since it was a large order. Amazing food and service will always come back!!

Arrived at 4:54pm. Finally got my pizza at 6:27pm. It was seriously mediocre. Then another 30 minutes for the bill. Servers running around apologizing, continuing to take orders while not filling existing ones. Customers getting up to get plates and utensils for themselves after being ignored. Manager came by after an hour to ask if I had been helped. ??‍ The lights are on, but there’s nobody upstairs. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Best pizza in Springfield. You may have to wait a bit for it to cook but it's worth it! The deep dish is amazing.

When I entered the restaurant I was greeted and seated by a very friendly employee. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. I ordered an Italian beef sub sandwich with au jus and it was truly awesome. The seasoning was great and the hoagie roll it was on didn't fall part when I poured the au jus on it. I had to eat part of the Italian beef off of the sandwich before I could even get my mouth around the sandwich. It had lots of meat on it. I apologize for the picture I took of it. I had already eaten over half of it before I took the picture. It smelled so good I just had to hurry up and try it. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back there and highly recommend it if you like good Italian food .

Best Chicage style anywhere. Better than Luminiaties. Crisp tasty crust. Excellent sauce. Perfect mix of cheese and toppings. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.
