Placed and order and it said I had 16-21minutes until my order was ready for pick up, we arrived after 20 minutes for pick up they said it will still be a little longer, another 25 minutes goes by and still nothing. Order was placed at 7:03 and we leftwith our food at 7:59. Do better.

Really bad customer service, never calls out your oder when ready so you have to stand in line a second time. There's always a problem when I go to pick up my order, last time I called in to place an order and when I showed up they hadn't even put up myorder receipt to be made. To top it off they have extremely long wait times. I never have these problems at the Dinuba or Selmalocations.

Every time I call before 10pm they stop taking orders!

Yesterday my boyfriend ordered me some WingStop for Valentine’s Day all my food was cold. I was very disappointed. The DoorDash lady told me my food was just sitting there was ready so I don’t know why if my food was ready why I didn’t get it till almost 8PM? I got Garlic Parmesan bones wings fries. I also got some brownies. I just had one today so good! My food was good even though it was cold would have liked my food to me right away but no.

0 for rudeness!I don 't pay for food to be greet like, I did do something wrong. The rush to get my order was ridiculous ?I got anxious just trying to order a few items.Not going back!I have one person who is alergic to pineapple and kindly requests my food to be on separate bags, and the cashier said, No, the food doesn 't mix anyways. I said Please But she still bags everything together.Thanks for the emphaty.
