Normandie Seaside Cafe At West Wind Inn

We have a reservation on open table that has been accepted. we traveled 40 minutes (one way) from our hotel to restaurant. at the arrival we were told that the restaurant had been closed about 1 week earlier because of a fire! this has not been reflected anywhere, and certainly not on open table. what organization is that? Finally, I saw that the restaurant website of a day had been updated after we left, that is 9 days after it closed. a great waste of our time and fuel money.

Excellent eating in a casual atmosphere. service was also very good.

We went to dinner and gave a lunch menu. Ask for mixdrink and had only beer and wine. So we apologized and went to another restaurant. last time we were here in 2021 it was excellent.

Made a reservation for Father's day. Got email to confirm day before. They were closed when we got there

We enjoyed several meals at Normandie during our visit to Sanibel. My husband said they had the best fish sandwich and key lime pie he’s ever had. Portions are large, service was friendly and fast- highly recommend!
