One thing I've only eaten here and can't rate the hotel myself. The service was very friendly and helpful, but somewhat confused. The food tastes very good, but dressing is somewhat old-fashioned. If you had used larger plates, the waitress wouldn't have to run twice. If you have a window, you have a very nice view of the Rhine and the Loreley. The guest room could be updated once. Partly, the charm of the 80s and 90s is still present here. I'll go to dinner next year in the high season as I was here after all seasons. Directly opposite Loreley Rock, Hotel has a super sauna, with pre-registration only for us alone! Very good food.

We, my companion and I, were in your hotel for the 2nd time from 20.9 to 23.9.2022. We were very happy, as we did last time. Very nice and clean rooms. The staff very nice, friendly and accommodating.The food super and the breakfast very rich.We are very happy to come back.

Our rooms under the roof were very small and you could not leave the window at night due to the volume of the trains. This is the only criticism, otherwise it was a super hotel with delicious food and a very nice service. Delicious breakfast. Super self-made ice cream.
