The 29-year-old restaurant specialist, owner and owner My Nguyen, whose roots are in Vietnam, Laos and Thailand: My parents came to the former GDR as a guest worker. My husband Kevin, my son Josh and I lived in Berlin, but wanted to live more rural. So we used the opportunity to go to Saarland and take over this restaurant. We have a Thai cook and offer Thai soups, dough bags, a variety of main dishes as well as salads and various desserts. Traditional dishes such as the pad Thai Pasta dish or the Curry Gaeng Pet are preferred by the many Thai guests who visit us regularly. We also have special recommendations, such as Dorade in different variations or Gung Kra Tiam, fried large garlic buffer sauces with vegetables. These dishes are particularly appreciated by the Saarland guests. The most ordered dish is Volcano Ramen, roasted ram noodles with vegetables and homemade Teriyaki sauce, which can be ordered with duck, shrimp or chicken. A whole new dish does not want to hide My Nguyen: Our hotpot, a fire pot served by two people and only after a previous order, offers a special experience. If you sit and crawl comfortably, you can cook various vegetables, noodles, tofu, meat and seafood at the table in an intense clear broth or a picnic Tom Yam soup with lemongrass and then tap into one of two served sesame sauces. The restaurant owner tells us that next to the normal menu there is also a special offer for guests who visit the restaurant at noon: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the period from 11:30 to 14:30 we also offer a lunch table, i.e. You can order a small selection of dishes at a cheaper price.
