I ordered a vegan quesadilla, waited and what they gave me was a chicken quesadilla, when I explained to the waiter very kindly I went to expose my point to the Chef, spent at least about 15 minutes, the waiter came back and told me that the chef was a substitute for the chicken. But everything was very suspicious and strange, and it was very clear that it was chicken. In the end they cooked a falafel (I asked him to take it because he would not eat it for distrust and because he had already paid). I took a piece of chicken to show it to other people who also confirmed that the vegan chicken was really chicken. He would have preferred to apologize for the error (which might happen) and not try to hide it. The craftsman who began a few years ago was vegan friendly, has changed a lot and not precisely to improve.
I visited a stylish Open Air Café located in a contemporary neighborhood. The menu had several options that could be made vegan, which were clearly marked. Our server was fluent in English and knowledgeable about veganism. We tried two different burgers, one with portabella mushroom and the other with falafel, and both were delicious. It was a great dining experience.
In the past, there were many vegan options available at this restaurant. However, nowadays it seems like the focus has shifted more towards selling comfort food, rather than offering healthy choices. It's a shame to see this change.

This trendy outdoor café is located in a modern neighborhood. There are plenty of vegan options on the menu that are clearly marked. Our waiter was fluent in English and knowledgeable about veganism. We tried two different burgers, both of which were delicious. Essentially, you can choose between a meat burger with either a portabella mushroom or falafel patty.
