Our main purpose is to try their pasta but when we look at their menu, we opted to have their Promo Meals worth 440 (1 pizza, 2 pastas and 2 drinks) and worth 220 (1 pasta, 1 panini and a drink). The food was good. We ordered La Bacon Pizza, 1 Chicken Panini (only available at that time) 1 Alle Polpette, 2 Aglio Olio and 2 Lemon Iced Tea and Four Seasons. For the La Bacon, the crust was a bit crispy. We had a hard time tearing the slices. But it was good. Just add more Bacon to it. for the pastas, we enjoyed Aglio Olio. It was really spicy but its ok. Maybe they should add bits of anchovies or shrimp for better taste. For Alle Polpette, average. Add more meat please. Over all, pasta meals were fine. They should improve serving size and add parmesan cheese for the toppings. Drinks, very sweet. For the place, it was cozy. Just add more lights please. For the menu, they should put pictures on it and increase font size. A bit hard to read. Staff, there was 1 waitress at that time. She needs to be oriented to improve her customer service though. Overall, this place is worth visiting. try nyo to!
We went to Red Pomodoro to celebrate my birthday with my family. The staff is very accommodating and recommends the best sellers. She explains well the food in the menu. My son enjoyed the board games while waiting the food to be served. The food is so delicious! My wife enjoyed the food especially the beef panini. Also the pizza is very affordable. Highly recommendable! We will surely comeback to this place! Btw, thank you very much Chef Marco for the vanilla pannacota you've given as birthday treat. So much appreciated!
This restaurant is delicious, 10/10, a must try! :) I was intrigued to try this hidden gem in Sta. Rosa and I can confidently say that the journey was definitely worth it. I ordered their newest menu item -- ragu bacon mozzarella with garlic bread. It was delightful and filling! I will definitely be returning to try more dishes. Kudos to the friendly and accommodating staff and owners. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
I was at RED POMODORO restaurant and i was totally shocked by their carbonara! Pasta is cooked like in Italy and the ingredients have an high quality! I will come back to try other dishes! Well done Chef Marco!
This time, I ordered the beef panino, which came with homemade fresh bread filled with beef, onion, emmental cheese, mayonnaise, tomato, bell pepper, and their homemade secret sauce. It cost 140 pesos. I also ordered a latte macchiato for 80 pesos, followed by a portion of chicken carbonara made with real Italian Parmigiano cheese for 99 pesos. This was my first time finding an Italian restaurant with authentic recipes at such affordable prices. The service could use some improvement as there were a lot of customers, resulting in a 9-minute wait for the pasta and latte macchiato and a 7-minute wait for the bread. However, the food was excellent, earning a 5-star rating as it did last time. I look forward to trying their calzone and pizza next time. I'm also pleased that they've updated their menu, which used to be lacking in variety. I will definitely return and hope they open a location in Manila soon, as finding food like this in the Philippines is rare. Thank you to the owner, Miss Jana, and kudos on the improvements made. Perhaps they could enhance their dessert options, as the homemade panna cotta is good but Italy offers incredible sweet cakes as well.
