Acapulco 1 - Santa Ana

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. The waitstaff continually ignored us, focusing instead on the customers who were drinking, constantly bringing them more drinks while neglecting us entirely. The pupusas were the worst I’ve ever tasted, although the rest of the food was somewhat better. This was my first and last visit; I will definitely not be returning.

The food is decent, but be aware that the speaker is always turned up to maximum volume. This makes it difficult to enjoy your meal or have a comfortable conversation, as the noise level is quite overwhelming. Even with some speakers blown out, they don't seem to lower the volume at all.

This is the worst place I've ever visited. We went there on Sunday, and the waitress who served us had a terrible attitude and provided poor service. She argued with customers about their food and behaved unprofessionally. I would never return to this place, as she seemed frustrated whenever we made requests. It feels like she doesn’t enjoy her job at all. I don’t know her name, but the service was simply unacceptable.

Everything was going well until a hair came out between the food and it's really bad because they have to cover their hair to prepare...

It is the first shrimp cocktail so incipient, no flavor, I don't recommend that dish in particular, I don't know if the other food is the same, very bad experience but I will give it a second
