California's Teriyaki Grill - Santa Ana

Bought the chicken and beef plate, and chicken bowl the food wasn't great it tasted too bland no flavor at all plain, dry, and yuck. My co-worker ended up with food poison. Never going there again rather go to Mos Burger. Your other locations have the great quality taste, and better which is in Orange CA on Katella and Lake Forest CA. Your location on Edinger worst I will never go again.Steven O.

Food: I don 't know our food was canceled without notice minutes before uber was going to pick it upCustomer service: the manager didn 't provide any solution. He kept deflecting and did not take any ownership. He literally canceled my $100 order because we asked for extra sauce. They should have an option when ordering online to add sauce but it doesn 't so we put it in the comments section to add sauce. His response when reaching out to him was this "we need to change for the sauce and since you didn 't reply or pay for it we need to cancel your order "Ambiance: we ordered for take out!I hope someone above the store manager gets to see this review and reaches out. $100 order canceled over extra sauce. This is bad business practice, and the manager should be retrained on his customer service and solutions. I 'm sure the owner would hate to know the store lost a $100 sale over extra sauce.

The food is great. But the service needs help. They are always getting orders wrong. And to correct it they make you jump through hoops. Not going back.Food: 4/5

Disappointed I asked for the chicken burger no onions no pickles no tomatoes and no cheese I fell in love with this burger as a child but today I was disappointed with the burger with no special sauce on it I didn't mind the tomato but no SAUCE!!!

The food is trash it doesn't taste good and they're a little bit overpriced and the quality is not good the the people there they don't agree to good they don't care about their customers you talk to them and they respond like they don't care about their customers or their job I'd rather go spend a little bit more but get good food somewhere else
