El Cortijo Grill Peruvian Express

Love the food!!! the first time here, owner very nice and happy person, I bring my daughter next time!!

Reis was not properly cooked. in consideration that the kitchen was not busy, served unimpressed by the food

We were visiting the area as we came down to the Discovery Cube. We were all hungry and this place popped up as being nearby. We drove there and it was only a couple minutes away. It's in a small sketchy shopping mall. There is parking in the back and you can enter from the rear. We walked in and a gal met us at the register. We ordered the rotisserie chicken and she told us they were out of chicken. Ummmm it's noon. How are you out of chicken? Anyway, we left and no one said a peep.

I don't really know much about lomo saltado so I can't say what's considered good lomo saltado but the dish was pretty tasty! The Peruvian green sauce it comes with is especially good and the sauce was very flavorful. It tastes like a mix between Vietnamese bò lúc lắc and carne asada fries. It's also served with a portion of rice so it's a little like cơm tấm although the rice is not the same. Anyways, the server was nice too and the food came out super fast. There is plenty of parking.

Amazing and clean location. They are friendly and professional. We would definitey recommend!
