We placed our order online and received confirmation that it would be ready for pickup at 7:20 PM. However, when we arrived at 7:30 PM, our order still wasn't prepared. To make matters worse, we saw the manager and staff smoking right in front of the restaurant. Our order was finally completed at 7:59 PM, making for a highly disappointing experience. Corporate should definitely be made aware of the behavior of these employees.
I was really disappointed when we drove up. The rude cashier on the intercom told us they were out of chicken, which left me wondering what they were actually selling. I wasn't upset about the lack of chicken at 6:30, but the cashier's attitude was truly terrible.
Fast food in my office, but I rarely go because the service is so slow. Now wait and wait for 15 minutes. I noticed that my chips and salsa were missing when I delivered my food, but not decided to go without it because I didn't want to wait anymore.
Ridiculous change your drive thru hours. It was 9:00 am when I drove to the drive thru because that is the time is says on Google so I was waiting to order and no one was at the drive thru so still waiting for another 10 minutes no one was helping me. So then I called the store 3 times no one answered. So I called again and someone picked up the phone and just hung up on me. So ridiculous... so I was late to work. So please change your time or have people who really wants to work and be on time.
