Feedback gevenI will probably sink when I am assigned to come here to take orders for customers. I can wait and sympathize with them if I wait a long time for them to make the food, but is the attitude of the staff looking at the customers unacceptable or are they so trained to communicate with customers? They are too young and should not have such a attitude. these were the previous times and today I had a worse experience coming here. I've waited a long time to get my order and they gave me an opened bag of food that looked very unhygienic and insecure. I asked her to close her, but they said we didn't do this here. Oh it's amazing to have this kind of service and I can't have a picture of this employee because of data breach, but she's a bit tall and has tattoos on her arms along with her employee named Nathan. If she reads this comment or the manager can, please improve her customer service and his professional in her behavior.
The hotel is located on the corner of the 17. St. Tustin Ave. next to the coffee bean with a lot of parking. Do not expect a fast service, because it will be a bit and good, good sandwiches are not fast. I went last Saturday at 11 a.m., I paid $14.41 for a medium Smoked Turkey Breast Combo, which includes a drinking bag of chips. The sandwich was super good and satisfying, customer service could be better, but... it's kind of unpleasant if your food is treated and the staff seems disturbed (there was a girl training and she was super beautiful though). The restaurant was clean and organized with outdoor seats.
Staff were super nice and very helpful. Had a friendly attitude, though it occupied by a TMobile Tuesdays promotion. They offered an excellent service. I would definitely come back here!
I've never had a bad experience at this place until today. Make sure to CHECK your Subs before you leave! We ordered four Subs: three Cajuns and a Speck Turkey Ranch. I had to throw mine away because the Cajun chicken was ice-cold—not just slightly cold, but as if it had just come out of the fridge! All three Cajun Subs were the same way. Today was really disappointing, and I'm not sure if I want to return; the quality has really dropped lately. Even the boxes the food came in were filthy! This was a really sloppy and frustrating experience. I can't believe I paid for such a terrible meal.
Had the honey ham which came lightly toasted with swiss and honey mustard for the perfect combination of flavors. I will be back.
