In-n-out Burger - Santa Ana

Esmerelda at the left window has a bad attitude and she serves your food cold on top of a cold ugly attitude. Don’t make the mistake and ask for extra ketchup. She’ll throw it on your food with it. Bad attitude. She won’t even reach out to get your credit card ? Esmeralda should not be serving customers! Change your ugly attitude girl. All that make up won’t cover up the ugly attitude towards customers that never did anything to you. Never going to the in n out again!!!!

I love coming to In N Out, this is my favorite burger place. But after seeing how the employees get treated by the store manager, I don’t appreciate that at all. It seems like the store is run very poorly. That kind of attitude and negative energy affects my appetite. I honestly wonder how the manager treats the employees when no customers are there.

Wish there were these in Oklahoma. Best burger ever for the best price. Always good, every time. I definitely took home some spread

I go here with my love, all the time! The food is always fresh, always delicious, never had an issue here. Customer service isn't the best as far as in-n-out service goes, but that's ok, because they also don't act rude, it's more just that it's always packed and they're just busy.

The food at any In n Out location is always great, however....the service or lack thereof is what separates each store. This location, by far, is the slowest one I have ever been to. It should not take 30+ minutes to get my food at a drive-thru only location. I also shouldn't need to repeat my order 4 times only for the employees to completely ignore me give me the wrong food.??‍ It is unfortunate that this is the only location in this area.
