Lee's Sandwiches Santa Ana

Really good tea and the bubble waffle was delicious and surprisingly filling. I got the strawberries and cream and my daughter got the ice cream bubble waffle. I forgot which tea I got though.

After a Target run, I was in the need for caffeine. I saw Presotea in the same parking lot so made my way over. On a hot summer day, I ordered an iced Presotea House Coffee which is made with condensed milk which I knew would make it very sweet. I asked tor half sweet and added sea cream. It came out quickly but it was still so so sweet. Service was quick and the girl who took my order was sweet but I won't be coming back for the drinks.

Great Tea, Great customer service, definetley worth the drive.

This place tea is good. The location is cute but in the corner where it's hard to find. They deserve more than 3 stars though. Workers are so kind. The milk tea is perfect for a hot day. Will be back.

The tea was good. The lobby was hot and stuffy and the place had a weird smell to it. With so many good boba spots in OC this one will not be my top pick.
