Mighty indeed! At Mighty, a bowl more than just food in a bowl. It's interesting and complicated in all the right ways. And when did bowls become a craze? I think it's a Korean influence. Their bibimbop and the like are stunningly delicious and fun. Add a 499 degree stone bowl and it's a party! No stone bowls or bibimbop at Mighty but you K-bowl fix will be satisfied.

This was a miss for us. First we tried the Manila bowl with crispy pork. The main disappointment was in the pork which was all fat, and the skin was so chewy, we couldn't eat it. It wasn't crispy at all. We switch to the Saigon bowl which was better than Manila, but the chicken was extremely dry/overcooked. The concept is great for introducing different Asian flavor, but the execution needs some work. The customer service is great and you can sample sauces you're not familiar with.

Ground floor retail unit within an apartment complex. Accessibility, parking, and visibility are all terrible for these retailers. Good luck locating the place and then finding parking. Order at the register. Minimal indoor and outdoor seating. I placed my order over the phone. They didn't answer the first time, but I tried again as I was driving over and got them on the line. Order was ready when they said it would be. Fast and friendly service.I knew about this place because they sent a coupon in the mail awhile back for BOGO. Bowls are around $15 each including tax and small tip (with no additional ons) as of Nov 2023. Manila (pork belly) and Shanghai (beef) bowls were both large quantity, but meat was extra chewy and not very juicy I assume overcooked unless it was supposed to be that way? Either way, good not great in my opinion.
