Red Sage - Santa Ana

Last night, March 10, 2024, my party of 8 dined at Red Sage. I had given my phone, which doubles as my wallet, to our server Michael at table FDR2 to take photos for us. Unfortunately, when I returned to the casino, I discovered that my $50 bill was missing from my phone case. I always keep cash in there and it has never fallen out before. I wanted to inform the manager in case the server was responsible for taking my money.

Excellent food and service. Wait staff was attentive and curious. I had an enjoyable time.

The salmon and veggies were well seasoned and the portions were generous. The server was attentive and friendly.

We had reservations and got served our food nearly 2 hours later when we tried to leave they rushed out our food and the steak was like chewing on a tire. The pasta was like a microwave pasta. My drink was forgotten and other people after us got their food and drinks before us and left before us. Wish we had left and gone to McDonalds instead!!!

Worst ribeye I’ve had in a long while. Sent one back, Curtis brought another and it was just as horrible. Still had to pay for it and wasn’t cheap.
