Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn

The staff is outstanding, and the location is perfect; everything is within easy reach. The rooms are spacious. I was visiting from out of town and will definitely be returning!

Getting there was a breeze. The place was charming and inviting, with plenty of flowers in the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the hot tub was particularly spacious. It was also reasonably priced. Each room had a table and chairs outside by the pool, providing a nice spot to relax with friends and enjoy the view. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I regrettably couldn’t stay at this location as planned due to contracting COVID. However, the staff truly deserve a 5-star rating. My initial reservation was made in a bit of a rush online as I was organizing my trip for a memorial service. A few days later, I realized that my hasty booking didn’t quite fit my needs. I had trouble making changes online, so I decided to call the staff for help. They were incredibly friendly and managed to accommodate my requests without altering my nightly rate. Unfortunately, I fell ill and had to cancel my trip entirely, and I did so with less than ideal notice. Once again, I called the staff directly, and they were once more extremely friendly and helpful with the cancellation process. Given their excellent service, I will definitely choose to stay here on my future visits.

What could be better than a chill place like this. Great inner garden work pool. Many rooms overlook and have patios on this garden. Big lawn. Pool was really warm. Didn't need it but they have a lift for people in wheelchairs to get into the water. That's a thoughtful amenity. The hotel appears to be undergoing major renovation. A building next door might be part of the hotel. It's really big. This upper State street location is right across from the mall.

The staff at this hotel deserve 10 stars. I brought my son to school and we stayed two nights. The staff make you feel welcomed and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The room was impeccable and the grounds were very well taken care of. You can tell the staff at this hotel take great pride in where they work. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast was good. Coffee, oatmeal and other snacks. Not to mention you can grab some waters for the day. I highly recommend this hotel.
