Starbucks - Santa Barbara

Fast service, friendly baristas, easy parking, many tables both inside and outside on the terrace.

Dieucks is consistently good, and the staff is friendly. I arrived just after a large group of high school students, and while my drink was made, I ended up waiting for quite a while. By the time I noticed that my drink was ready, it had gone completely cold. The staff did ask if I wanted a remake, which I appreciated, but it felt a bit unnecessary and could have been delivered in a friendlier manner. The coffee was excellent, though!

We absolutely love Starbucks! I enjoy my caramel frappuccino with a chocolate croissant. Ordering through the app is really convenient, especially during COVID, as our order is ready when we arrive. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The location is great, with plenty of parking available. The prices can be slightly high, but the quality of the drinks keeps people coming back. I also make it a point to visit a Starbucks in every state to collect their mugs!

The staff here is always lovely, but for some reason, I seem to have to wait for my mobile order every time I visit. I’m not sure if other guests are taking my drink or what’s happening, but I’ve had to ask for my drink several times. That said, the staff is always really nice about it and quickly prepares the missing drink.
