Dae Bak - Santa Clara

Though running later than other Korean restaurants, the servers (especially the front desk cashiers) are extremely and abnormally rude unprofessional, they did not wait customers finishing requests and directly responded back in a wrong understanding. The servers were nearly yelling and talking like unacceptable volume. We ordered chicken feet, whose quality was dramatically reduced, not soft and crispy, madly spicy but not sweet-blended. We also ordered pork feet, and we did not believe it was made freshly and I can feel it is smelly. Far below what we had before. Overall, both service and food quality dropped a lot from 2021, really not worth going. Hopefully they can improve back.

The food is fantastic and the staff is super kind. Make sure to get the corn cheese and spicy chicken feet. I also regularly order their tteokboki for takeout and it's always a great late night snack for watching you favorite kdrama
