Fantasia Coffee Tea - Santa Clara

I went to the restaurant wanting an Okinawa hot tea. When they asked if I wanted any additional ingredients, I requested boba and asked for less sweetness. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication and I ended up receiving an overly sweet drink with brown bits floating in it, most likely Oreos, and no boba as requested. It was undrinkable and quite expensive. I gave it to my husband, but even he couldn't bear to drink it. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.

I ordered the Okinawa roasted milk tea with half sugar and no boba, but instead, I received one with Oreos and full sugar and boba. It tasted very unpleasant and I had to throw it away. This is the second time I have had a bad experience at this restaurant. I will not be returning. Rating: 1/5 for the food.

I have been a frequent patron of this restaurant, despite the mediocre taste, simply because of its convenient location near my home. I always requested to have oat milk or almond milk substituted for regular milk in my milk teas. However, a new staff member at the counter recently informed me that they can no longer accommodate my request for milk substitution. She did not make any effort to confirm with the barista, even after I informed her that I had received the substitution in the past. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. It is imperative that the business trains its employees to verify information with the barista when they are unsure or unfamiliar with a customer's request.

After attending the CSUEB graduation on Saturday, We were out and about in the San Jose/Santa Clara area on Sunday.A quick search of Boba near me led us to this cool little place ?There was already a line formed when we arrived, but it didn 't take too long.Service wasn 't super friendly, but maybe because there were only two employees and they were busy.We had tried the Muddy Okinawa, and it was pretty tasty ?Oh, the sideboard says Muddy Trios, but don 't be confused like I was thinking you could get all flavors. You have to choose your Muddy . 1. Okinawa 2. Strawberry 3. MangoWe sat outside at the available tables and chairs and enjoyed the calm weather and the relaxing chirping of the birds ? ?‍
