Sizzlers Ghost kitchen with food somehow worse than Sizzlers

Disappointment taken to a whole new level. I would say the best part is there won't be enough food in the portion to give you food poisoning.

Tiny little bowl with rice on the top and little poor vegetable on the bottom ?️Cold temperature for all food when delivered tooAnd they taste like microwave food

I literally wasn't even finished eating before I had to run to the bathroom and blow it up. Food was cold and just not that good, I do not recommend

They got my order wrong so I called the restaurant. At first, the person who answered the phone said no, they never got a Grubhub order from me. I insisted and gave the confirmation number so he went back to check with his cashier. Turns out they did indeed forget the main portion of our order, 3 teriyaki chicken bowls. The guy offered that I could come pick it up. Excuse me? The reason I ordered through GrubHub was so I wouldn't have to drive out. (And if I did go pick it up, I would still be charged through GrubHub as if the order had gone through fine. He said I could just request a refund through the app. then. When I asked for his name, he hung up on me. Getting an order wrong is one thing and that's why I called the restaurant so they could make it right. I appreciate that GrubHub did issue a refund and I was still left with microwaving frozen food for my family tonight.. With such poor customer service and attitude, I will not be ordering here again.
