We arrived at a hotel on the street and were informed that our room was not yet ready. We decided to get bubble tea while waiting. It was our first time at this place and we were unsure of what to order, but we were happy to find out they had a happy hour special. I chose a Tiramisu military with mini-gold boba. The tea was deliciously sweet and the mini-boba added a fun twist to the drink. I appreciated the large serving size of the tea, it was satisfyingly enough. I would definitely return to try more options.
This place is a little piece of heaven. I have tried many appetizers at different places, but this is the first place where I found a delicious cream cheese-based dip that pairs perfectly with the appetizers. The jasmine boba tea is also excellent. I will definitely visit again. Well worth the money for the experience.
Wanted to try a new boba shop in the area and I stumbled upon this place. Pretty cool they have a happy hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They also gave me a sample of their genmaicha milk tea, which was pretty good. It was a bit off putting that there were bugs flying around inside the store though. This visit, I was really craving wintermelon milk tea and saw they had it on the menu. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Most boba shops make it with jasmine tea, but this place used black tea. Not only that, it tasted burnt! The wintermelon flavor was basically drowned out by the taste of burnt black tea. This was difficult to drink honestly.3 stars because I also tried the matcha brulee! Now this was actually pretty delicious! I was impressed by how creamy the drink was. 50% sweetness was perfect. I would definitely recommend this drink rather than the wintermelon made with black tea...
This place has great milk tea, appreciate that they close late. Happy hour is from 1-5pm on Tuesday and Thursday for $4 drinks, toppings are an additional 60 cents. Good boba consistency, I also enjoy their pudding. This placed used to be called Toco Tea but I think they have new management hence the name changed. But their menu haven't really changed. I've always gotten their red velvet milk tea. Such a unique flavor and it's so good. I've gone the past two months and was told it was a seasonal flavor only available in the fall/winter time. Weird cause I've ordered it year round before. So I've been getting the Okinawa milk tea instead. Today I placed my usual order and overheard a customer ordering red velvet milk tea. Why would they have it available during the summer if two employees claimed it was only available during the months of fall/winter. WEIRD. It was probably an ingredient issue. I don't appreciate the small white lie. Just say you didn't have the ingredients and will get it in the next few months instead of claiming you have it only in the colder months.
