La Cocina Grill - Santa Clarita

Overall, everything is excellent. We often make the journey from the San Fernando Valley to attend Christmas on Sundays. It can be busy at times. The seating is limited and small.

I was referred to La Cocina by frequent patrons in the area. The service was outstanding! As a vegan, my order initially came with cheese, but it was quickly fixed. The dish was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The service was great! The restaurant was very busy, but we sat fast. I enjoyed the beef frogs and they didn't sneak on the meat. There wasn't much parking, and I had to put my walker in the booth with me.

Overpriced for something decent. The Albondiga soup tastes ok and meatball was pretty bland.

The margaritas at this restaurant are excellent, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. The food is pretty good overall, with tasty chips and salsa, a delicious crispy beef taco, and a variety of burrito options and classic dishes. The combo plate was good, but didn't quite match up to my favorite spot that unfortunately burned down. I think a little more time under the broiler for the enchilada and crispier Chile relleno, along with additional sauce, would have made it perfect. I plan on requesting these changes next time. It's definitely worth trying, but be prepared for a wait of 15 to 30 minutes as it is a popular spot.
