Love Sushi - Santa Clarita

I visited the restaurant on a Friday night about an hour before closing, and I was impressed by the amazing food and service! I was seated promptly and parking was easy to find with plenty of spaces in the large parking lot. The servers were friendly, professional, and efficient, making sure my water glass was always full. The sushi chefs were welcoming and the dishes I ordered were delicious. The premium fish was fresh and well-prepared, especially the nigiri. I particularly enjoyed the way the sushi chef, Jason, garnished the nigiri. One standout dish was the "spoon," a tasty bite of blue fin toro, uni, and tobiko, which was my favorite of the night. Uni might be an acquired taste, but if you enjoy sea urchin, you'll love this dish. The green mussels exceeded my expectations, with a delicious sauce that I will definitely order again. I also appreciated how they cut the mussels in half, making them easier to eat. Overall, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

Wish I had taken pictures! I get excited and always forget to take a shot or two. Anyway, this was our second time going and again, Love Sushi was amazingly delicious! We started with complimentary edamame, the Love Rice Crispy, which is crispy rice with spicy tuna on top. The spicy tuna is perfectly seasoned and both times, been the perfect temperature. It's amazing. I'd go there for that appetizer alone. We also ordered the heart attack and blooming onion roll. Both were so freaking good!! The time before l, we had ordered the albacore sashimi, which was so damn good. We need to venture out of our comfort zone to try new things, but that's easier to do now that we've found our favorite sushi place to eat! As good as all that is, the staff are always so kind, understanding and Curteous, no matter how busy the place is. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more, it's just that awesome.

Parking is easy. We were looking for Sushi and are favorite spots. I had not been back for a while There was one couple at the bar coughing continuously our sushi was being made in ground of this couple. We did get all off the sushi at the same time I did not even have time to finish my Miso. The rolls tasted good I liked the fantasy roll the best. While we were eating the cure was cleaning up Nothing like seeing boxes on the floor and debris while you eat. This may be why it was so empty. This takes away from the ambiance.

I absolutely love it! The service is amazing. I come here to order every 2 weeks. I have tried many restaurants throughout the valley, but this one is definitely my favorite. They put more effort into the food and have reasonable prices.

Good sushi spot! Randomly stopped here on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised with how yummy it was.
