Starbucks - Santa Clarita

I come here every single morning since this Starbucks has opened . But today the girl taking my order must have had a bad day or got into a fight with her bf . I asked for 2 regular milk for my kids and she goes what is that I’ve never heard of regular whole milk and she has only heard of 2% that exists .adding her nasty attitude to top it off . I asked if she is being serious or making me feel stupid infront of my 2 daughters . She moves on to the next customer . Take a day off please don’t ruin people’s mornings when you have a bad day

Store is always clean and the staff is always nice. This location NEVER has matcha! They say it's a company wide shortage. Not sure about that as I've had it at other locations with no issues. I wish there was a note on the door so I wouldn't waste my time going in.

This Starbucks has hands down the best, most efficient customer service. The employees here are the absolute friendliest and most wonderful! You can tell this location takes pride in their location and their customer service. Keep up the good work!!

My order was ready, and it was on the counter. Even though they said they were still working on it.
