Zoccoli's Delicatessen - Santa Cruz

This deli is the best in Santa Cruz! They've been around for years, and it's easy to see why. The food is fantastic, the customer service is incredibly friendly, and you can tell that they truly care about the way they prepare and serve their dishes. The prices are also very reasonable considering the quality! If you're visiting the area, this place is a must-try.

The deli is clean and the food is delicious, featuring items like chic pesto, Philly sandwiches, ravioli, and salads. I give this place a strong positive review. However, I want to mention something unrelated to Zicollo’s but worth noting for those considering outdoor dining: there was a strong smell of urine outside the restaurant. If you don’t mind dealing with that odor while eating outside (which, by the way, has a lovely setup), it could still be enjoyable. It's beginning to feel a bit like a mini San Francisco out there with all these establishments.

Fantastic sandwich shop downtown in Santa Cruz! They offer a wide variety of drinks in their cooler, along with unique sandwiches that are sure to satisfy your hunger.

This one rivals Garden Deli for me. I also ordered a ham cheese with avocado and idk, it definitely tasted better than Garden Deli when I microwaved my leftovers. They also have pies here! Didn't try yet...maybe next time.

I love deli sandwiches from Santa Cruz and hadn’t gone fo this one yet. The menu had a dozen sandwiches that I wanted to order right then. My favorite standby is the meatball and so I chose it. They are expensive but you get a lot also. It was an excellent sandwich and well worth the money
